General Michael Hayden (Retired)
and Jeanine Hayden
He was Director of the National Security Agency (NSA) from 1999 to 2005. On April 21, 2005, then Lt. Gen Hayden, was confirmed by the United States Senate as the first Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence and awarded his fourth star-making him "the highest-ranking military intelligence officer in the armed forces".
On May 30, 2006, at the CIA lobby with President George W. Bush in attendance, Hayden was sworn in as the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency. On July 1, 2008, Hayden retired from the Air Force after over 41 years of service and continued to serve as Director of the CIA until February 12, 2009.
He is currently a principal at The Chertoff Group, a security consultancy co-founded by former Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff. Hayden also serves as a Distinguished Visiting Professor at George Mason University's Schar School of Policy and Government. He was elected to the Board of Directors of Motorola Solutions effective January 4, 2011.
Hayden has been a frequent expert and commentator on major news outlets and in top publications, valued for his expertise on intelligence matters like cyber security, government surveillance, geopolitics, and more. His recent memoir, 'Playing to the Edge: American Intelligence in the Age of Terror', has been a New York Times best-seller and was recently selected as one of the 100 most notable books of 2016. Brigadier General Marty Schweitzer (Retired)
Schweitzer now serves as the President & CEO of Network Designs, Inc, (NDi). NDi is a 22 year old IT company that has faithfully provided the federal government with IT support. In his capacity as CEO / President, Marty is responsible for synchronizing NDi efforts to deliver its services on time through efficient executive management and field integration.
Marty also serves as a Board of Advisor Member to Ballard Brands LLC & Ballard Hospitality LLC. This global company provides services that cover the entire spectrum of the food industry from franchising opportunities to being a global leader in providing remote site services and complete workforce solutions. Additionally, Schweitzer serves as a Board of Advisor Member to the Red Gate Group (RGG). RGG has been delivering high quality, customer centric solutions around the world from the combat environment to the highest levels of government.
In his spare time, Marty assists senior military officials to transition out of the military into the civilian workforce. Marty is a 1985 graduate from Old Dominion University (BS), VA and a 1995 graduate of Indiana University, IN where he earned a MS in Education, Instructional Systems Technology. He is a 2006 graduate of the National War College where he earned the distinction of Distinguished Honor Graduate while securing a MS in National Security Strategy. He served in operational and command assignments at every level in the military with eight combat and operational tours in Panama, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Africa, and Afghanistan. More

Dana currently serves on the Governor’s Commission on Suicide Prevention where she chairs the service member, veteran, and military family task force and the Maryland Interagency Council on Homelessness where she chairs the veterans work group.
Ms. Hendrickson’s diverse human services background spans over 20 years and includes child protective services investigations, adult correctional case management and veteran behavioral health resource coordination. She has a rich history in training, having served as a certified instructor and field training officer at the Anne Arundel County Department of Detention Facilities and adjunct professor at Baltimore City Community College.
Dana received her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware and her master’s degree in Psychology from Towson University. She completed Towson University’s Center for Professional Studies Certified Associate in Program Management Program in 2014. Dana is the granddaughter and great niece to three WWII U.S. Army Veterans and the proud mother of two sons.
